Diljit Dosanjh declared after his performance in Chandigarh that he would stop performing live in India until the live performance infrastructural system had been improved and raised.
Diljit Dosanjh made it clear that he will not perform in India again until the proper infrastructure for live performances is put in place.
With performances around the nation, the Dil-Luminati India Tour marks Diljit Dosanjh’s debut live performance in India. However, the actor-singer has a problem with the facilities used for his performances.
At his show in Chandigarh on Saturday, Diljit announced that he would cease doing live performances in India unless the country’s financial system is repaired and improved.
Diljit Dosanjh is seen making the statement during his performance in a number of concert footage that have been made public online.
Diljit may be heard voicing his worries in Punjabi in one of the videos. “We don’t have enough space for live shows here,” he said. “Many individuals find employment during these events, which are also a significant source of revenue.
Diljit Dosanjh said I’ll try to relocate the stage to the middle the next time so you can have a better look. I won’t do any performances in India till things get better.”

During his Chandigarh concert, Diljit gave his followers some truly iconic moments. He broke down in tears and spoke about playing on his home ground, in addition to dedicating the entire performance to Gukesh Dommaraju, the recently crowned International Chess Federation (FIDE) World Champion.
The highlight of the evening, though, was Diljit Dosanjh”rendition of a well-known line and scene from Allu Arjun’s Pushpa, which included a shoutout to the actor.
Despite acknowledging that he had not seen Pushpa 2, the actor-singer sang the “Jhukega nahi” speech on stage.
“I’ve seen the first part of Pushpa. It is famous for saying, “Jhukega nahi saala (wont bow).
” If the saala does not bow, why would the jija? He said at the performance, “This will be your best night, so have as much fun as you want.”
